Cuddle party is a mini-workshop to learn clear boundaries and easy communication. And it’s a social event to re-discover affectionate, non-sexual, consensual, respectful, nurturing, gentle, relaxing, healthy touch. It’s grown-ups in pajamas – that stay on.
Build skill asking for what you want, refusing what you don't want, and exploring new situations playfully and fearlessly.
Share a hug, give a back rub, have a conversation, snuggle up with friends new and old, draw, journal, laugh, practice saying 'No', or just unwind after a long day.
Date/Time: Every third Saturday of each month 6:00-9:30
Location: TBA upon registration
What to wear: pajamas (Think less lace, more flannel. No lingerie.), yoga wear or comfy clothing
You’re welcome to bring a blanket, a pillow or teddy bear, too, if you like.
ARRIVE ON TIME: Once we begin the Welcome Circle and orientation, sorry, we can let no one enter late. This creates comfort and safety by knowing that everyone is on the same page about rules and expectations. Please arrive around 5:45 to settle in.
